Most products will ship in 1-5 business days. Refer to the lead time for each product. Built-to-order, custom order, special order, and orders containing multiple or large quantities will take longer to process. 

Some special order items may take additional time.

Shipping rates outside of the contiguous 48 States are estimates and subject to change.  Actual rate may vary and will be based on the carrier’s quote at the time of order.

The shipping method shown in the shopping cart is for example purposes only; we reserve the right to use any carrier or shipping method of comparable service at our discretion.  The shipping cost shown includes both shipping and handling.

Selection and payment of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Air does not guarantee delivery in one, two, or three days. All Air orders are prioritized over Ground orders; however, due to variances in order preparation time, we do not guarantee when an order will ship, regardless of the shipping method selected. Lead times vary by product and quantity and are also affected by our current volume of orders each day. If you have an urgent delivery requirement for your order, we suggest you call us at 1-800-884-4835, and we will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery time and discuss all available options. For orders that do not ship or deliver when expected, shipping & handling charges will not be refunded, and shipping methods will not be upgraded unless the customer agrees to pay the difference.

G-TEL Enterprises warrants the products we sell, but we do not warrant delivery dates or shipping charges. If a problem occurs with an order or product, we will do our best to correct the problem as quickly as possible. However, if air shipping is required, air shipping charges on replacements are still the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the original shipping method
